With over four decades of combined experience in the design, engineering and construction of steel buildings, we here at KDH offer complete turn-key packages of supplying and managing the erection of pre-engineered steel buildings and much more construction services.
Our experienced staff will complete the job on time and within your budget, which can include, among other things, slab or foundation preparation, erection of the steel building, installation of doors, windows, downspouts and gutters. We also install concrete floors, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.
We also provide packages for interior finishing which include drywall, fixtures, flooring, insulation and painting. We'll also provide landscaping services for a pleasant and attractive look on the outside.
KDH will work together with you to complete your steel building project and accommodate all your needs and specifications.

Warranties
All manufacturer and third party warranties are passed on to you including:
- 40-year limited rust-through perforation warranty on AZ55 Galvalume® roof panels
- 40-year limited paint warranty.
- Stainless steel capped fastener limited lifetime warranty.
All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the time the project is completed.
All KDH crews are experienced, licensed and fully insured.
